A complete barbell consists of a bar( male bar 20kg and female bar 15kg), a pair of competition collars 5kg and colored discs of 25kg*2, 20kg*2, 15kg*2, 10kg*2, 5kg*2, 2.5kg*2, 2kg*2, 1.5kg*2, 1kg*2 and 0.5 kg*2 pieces.
The discs are rubber-coated and the bar is made of high-quality spring steel through the thermal treatment.
