Working principle of jaw crusher:
The motor transmits through belt, drives the movable jaw up and down by eccentric shaft. When the moving jaw plate rises, the angle between the fixed jaw plate and the movable jaw plate gets larger, and the materials can be crushed to reach the crushing target. When then moving jaw plate is down, the angel between the moving jaw plate and fixed jaw plate becomes smaller. The movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the effection of drawbar and spring, and then the crushed materials are discharged from the lower outlet of the crushing cavity.

Working principle of impact crusher:
When the impact crusher works, the motor drives the rotor rotate of the impact crusher with high speed, on the rotor where installed the hammers. When the materials get into the area which the hammers effect, under the impacting function of the hammer at a high speed, the materials are thrown to the impact device above the rotor continuously. And then the materials are rebounded from the impact liner to the area where the hammers effects for being refreshed. The materials from large size to small size, all of them can be crushed at the impact chamber repeatedly until the material are crushed to the required size and then discharged from outlet of the impact crusher

Operating principle of hammer crusher:
The motor drives the rotor rotated of the hammer crusher at a high speed through the belt, and on the rotor there are series of hammers. When the materials get into the working chamber of hammers, they are crushed by the rotating hammers with high rotation speed, the products which are crushed to meet the required size can be discharged by the outlet and become the final products, while the large size products are brought back to the crushed area by the hammers for being recrushed until they reached the required size.

The spring safety system works as an overloading protection system which allows metals to pass through the crushing chamber so as not to damage cone crusher. The safety system adopts dry oil and water as two kinds of sealed formation to make plaster powder and engine oil separated to ensure reliable performance. The crushing chambers are depending upon the feeding size and the fineness of final products. The standard type(pyb) is applied to medium crushing; the medium type is applied to medium or fine crushing; and short head type is applied to fine crushing.
