This product is a print paste of water-based hot-melt performance. Its anionic.
People use the product to print in cloths, it can cross-linking and self-cross-linking, it was used for Foil Printing ,Glue printing , Flocking printing in every textiles . After printed with the product, the textiles are felt soft, Washable and Flexible.

Usage:
The use of such products can be diversified; you can move the cold/silver paper on to the cloth with 150-170 by the traditional process, and you could also move the gold/silver paper to the cloth directly before the paste dry completely.
Hot process method:
1. print on the cloth for 3-4 times
2. dry it naturally

Cold process method:

Paste up the pearls process method: print on the cloth for 2-3times ¡úpaste up the pearls¡údry naturally¡úhot pressing for 15 seconds with 150.

self-crosslinking type of binder,good compatibility with various pigments,preparation of paste,no fouling or clogging,good stability,directly mixed with pigment and thickener to prepare paste.Low formaldehyde content,can meet the requirements for export,application to pigment printing of various fiber fabrics.
Application methods
mixed with pigment,thickener and water for paste with stirring,adding some crosslinker(10-15% ratio to binder) will obtain better results,printing,drying and curing at 150¡ãC for 3 mimutes or 170-180¡ãC for 30 seconds.If dosage of pigment is 5-8%,adding 10-20% binder,for printing special dark color,increase the binder dosage.
Package and storage:200kg plastic drum,sealed at cool,dry place,validity for 6 months.

VI. Precautions:
(1) Do no store it in a place where the temperature is above 40¡ãC or under 0¡ãC.
(2) The curing temperature and time must be strictly controlled.
(3) The Quality guarantee period is 6 months under room temperature.
