This machine is component with the feeding unit,printing unit,slotting unit,rotary die-cutting unit and stacker, can accomplish the process of the corrugate paperboard printing,slotting and die-cutting.
The materials of the body is HT250, thickness of body is 60mm,after second stage annealing, making by CNC machine,with high strength and high precision.
All the transmission gear is spiral gear,with low noise and high precision,gears after high frequency heating and grinding,adopt automatic circle lubrication.
Bearing adopt the famous brand made in Japan like NSK and YOKO(Chinese brands are available).
The mail motor adopt frequency converters adjust, the frequency is Delta brand made in Taiwan,the PLC also adopt Delta¡± brand made in Taiwan,the contactor adopt Telemecanique brand.the touch screen adopt Taiwan HITECH brand.
The rubber roller adopt Jizhou Chunfeng Yinxing rubber roller, famous brand in China.
Anilox roller adopt Haili brand, famous brand in China.

Corrugated machinery and Flexos make a complete, industrial chain from corrugating to printing to forming of boxes.
Rolls of kraft paper in mill roll stands (of both medium, & Liners) are fed into the carton machine and run through preheating, corrugating (of A-C-B-E flute of single facer), gluing, steam-heating, press-cooling, cross cutting, slitter-scorer trimming the cardboard into large sheets called box blanks and finally slide into automatic stacker that loads them onto a large, rolling platform. From here, box blanks, the finished products, will be transported to the other machines that will convert them into finished containers / boxes. We have 3, 5, 7 layers production lines at both high and medium speed for your option.

5. Fingerless vacuum suction type single facer, the upper and lower corrugated roller made of 52 CrMo alloy steel,with harted treatment,the hardness is above HRC58o-60oThe surface is well treated by grind and plated chrome.
6. With preheater for liner paper and steam spray device for medium paper.
7. Upper and lower corrugated roller are unit assemblage, the whole corrugated rollers group can be move and quick replacement, to change flute type quickly.
8. Glue section are unit assemblage, whole section can be moved by track,save maintenance time.
9. Adjustment for corrugated roller,pressure roller,and glue roller by pneumatic system.
10. Frequency conversion motor as main drive , independent gear box connect with three gimbal axis, Inverter to make stepless speed regulation for save power, and to keep one communication connector for production management.
11. Oil immersed type lubricating to reduce noise keep running stable, prolong the use life of gear.
12. Adopt Glue width motorized dividing to match the paper width. Idle running motor for glue applicator roll to avoid glue dry.Adjustment for gap between glue roller and doctor roller by electric or manual are optional, Digital read out for the gap between glue roll and doctor roll is optional.
13. Bearing for corrugated rollers,and pressure roler adopt high-temperature lubricate grease to keep running smoothly and durably.

1. The structure is double rotary shaft with four arms; Support two paper mill rolls on both arms at the same time.
2. Round-plate type manual brake, the web tension is adjusted at any time.
3. Arm Clamp and rotary structure set fixed torque clutch, operate safety.
