CEO - ANDREAS SEMMINGSEN
Andreas is an innate leader determined to bring success to Marealis Health. Andreas has a variety of general management experience across various functions, including accounting, finance, business analysis, sales, marketing, project leadership, and operations. During his MBA at the Arctic University of Norway, Andreas was a keyaccount financial consultant at Santander Consumer Bank, and later a partner and executive at Singaporean start-up WellteQ. While in Singapore, Andreas took his Master of Science in Entrepreneurship. Andreas also holds a BBA at UC Berkeley. Upon completion of his MBA, Andreas joined Marealis AS and assumed responsibilities for marketing and finance. His innovative and strategic mindset and work ethic led to his promotion to CEO of Marealis within two years. Andreas has a passion for health, nutrition and exercise and is an avid skier, soccer player and sports fisherman.
CFO - GUSTAV FOLLERS
Gustav excels in improving operations and finances at Marealis Health, leveraging his MBA in finance from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. With prior roles as a financial adviser and accountant at Experto, he managed a diverse customer portfolio, gaining experience across different sectors and business scales. He holds a BBA and a bachelor's in leadership, innovation, and marketing from the Arctic University of Norway. Gustav has also served over five years on the board of Lillehammer Idrettsforening, a major Norwegian track and field club. His background includes retail management, with insights into sales, marketing, logistics, business analysis, and operations. A former competitive track and field athlete, he enjoys running, skiing, fly fishing, and hiking in his free time.
CCO - RUNE LARSEN
Rune Larsen serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at Marealis, leading the company's commercial strategies for B2C and B2B markets. With over 25 years in the creative industry and over five years as a product marketing leader in the SaaS and shipping industry, Rune has a proven leadership, brand-building, design, and consulting record, honed through significant roles in advertising, design studios, and product marketing management. A staunch advocate for excellent design, Rune infuses his passion into every aspect of his work, especially enhancing the 'experience' element of building great brands. When not at the office, he enjoys hiking with his wife or doing carpentry work at his cabin. His fitness regime involves either running or cross-country skiing. Rune is an avid reader of business-related books and relishes unwinding with a fine bottle of Barolo.
