The company is headed by the company management system, including General Meeting of Shareholders, Supervisory Board, Board of Directors, and Chief Executive Officer. Below are several departments divided by function such as Finance Department, Marketing Department, Export Department, Sales Department, Account Department, etc. Each department continues to be divided into small groups with each group leader directly managing 5-7 people, operating in the spirit of teamwork.
The functional departments regularly organize weekly and monthly meetings so that each employee has the opportunity to develop and contribute their opinions on the construction and implementation of specific production and business operations plans.
Thanks to functional management, the Company's activities are organized and carried out in a methodical, specialized manner, exploiting the capabilities of employees, taking advantage of their creativity to increase work efficiency.
Currently, the Company has applied some strategic management tools such as the Hoshin Plan tool to build and manage strategic implementation plans, the BSC and KPI balanced scorecard system, and the 3Ps salary system to improve individual performance and model key programs to connect teamwork coordination (group work) in working groups.
In production and quality management, the Company uses the LEAN 6 Sigma lean production system, 5S continuous improvement tools, Kaizen, the TPM comprehensive productivity maintenance system and management system, TQM comprehensive quality based on EFQM and ISO 9000:2015, etc.
