The Top Management ensures that the quality policy:
a) Is appropriate to the purpose of the organization,
b) Includes a commitment to comply with requirements and continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management system,
c) Provides a framework for establishing and reviewing the organization,
d) Is communicated and understood within the organization, and
e) Is reviewed for continuing suitability.
The Managing Director is responsible for communicating this policy and its principles to the whole staff, including the contents of the procedures adopted to ensure the quality of products and services. The staff shall be encouraged to contribute to the continuous improvement of the management system, the products and the services.
European Recycle Ltd is thus committed to comply with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, and to continually improve the effectiveness of the ISO 9001:2008 System, by the monitoring of quality issues and through the involvement of customers, suppliers, the regulatory authorities and the community.
European Recycle Ltd is also committed to the continual improvement of its performance. Compliances and improvements shall be monitored by process measures and internal audits and maintained by the timely implementation of preventive and corrective actions.
The implementation of the Quality policy is mandatory throughout the whole Company.
