The Roe is extracted in a clean and hygienic controlled environment. Graded and laid in purpose designed plastic trays for safe transport and presentation. Grade: A Sterilized using HPP â?¢ Preserving Foods through High-Pressure Processing â?¢ By destroying pathogenic and spoilage organisms while keeping food chemistry basically intact, high-pressure technology enables pasteurization of foods with minimal effects on taste, texture, appearance, or nutritional value. Shelf life: 10 days from processing, stored at minus 4 degrees C Packaging: The trays are designed to hold 100 grams of Roe. The trays are interlocking and stacked in units of 10.
