LV power cable are rated up to 0.6/1 kV and mainly used in eletric distribution at the nearest and to users items , i.e.machineries, equipments, applicances, lightings,power outiests, etc. The conductors are copper or alumiinium, solid or sranded wires, can be compacted to shape round or sectored insulated cores. The size rangers from 1.5 up to 1.000sq.mm per core and a cable may comprise 1 up to 4 insulated cores.
