Chemical earthing electrode manufactured by us is developed for safe earthing in various areas and buildings. The chemical earthing electrode has the space packed and sealed with crystalline conductive mixture. This mixture contains varied elements and compounds that have high conductivity and resistance to corrosion. Besides, this, the mixture does not disintegrate/collapse even if the outer electrode gets inactivated.
The electrode consists made of pure copper tube and filled with a mixture of ionic compounds. The moisture condenser absorbs environmental moisture and leaches out at the bottom of the rod, lowering gradually the resistivity of the surrounding soil. Features 1. The Earth Electrode has pipe in pipe technology concept that involves two low carbon mild steel pipes one inserted inside the other. Both the pipes are subjected to anti rust coating of 100 microns. The pipes are of Indian Specification 1239 medium class as prescribed by earthing manual of Indian Standard 3043. The empty space inside the electrode is filled with high conductive crystalline mixture specially formulated and developed to create a minimum resistive path within the electrode. 2.
