Urea is a white crystalline substance with the chemical formula CO(NH2)2; it is highly water soluble and contains 46% nitrogen. Urea is considered an organic compound because it contains carbon. It was the first organic compound every synthesized by chemists; this was accomplished in the early 1800s by German chemists. Urea is made by reacting carbon dioxide (CO2) with anhydrous ammonia (NH3) under 3,000 psi pressures and at 350 degrees F. 46% nitrogen granulated Capacity - 5060 ton/day Urea has a number of advantages over other nitrogen fertilizers. Urea is safe to ship and handle, it is less corrosive to equipment, it has a higher analysis than any other dry nitrogen fertilizer and it can beused on virtually all crops. Urea can be stored and distributed through conventional systems. It can be applied in many different ways from sophisticated aerial application equipment to a farm spreading urea by hand. Urea is also highly water soluble so it moves readily into the soil. The high analysis means a reduced transportation and application cost per pound of nitrogen. TRANSPORTATION BULK The easier and less expensive way of shipping Urea is using Bulk Shipments. TANK Anhydrous Ammonia needs special tanks to be transported.
1> The idea of "good soil" which can help crops grow vigorously, less susceptible to disease, and tasting better. Fertilizers help to improve the components and conditions in the soil which develop a good environment for material circulation between microorganisms and crops to increase the good effects of nature. Underling this farming methods which don't need to use chemical pesticides or chemical fertilizers to increase the quality of crop at main while protect farming environment. 2> Massive amount of beneficial microorganism in the soil also leads to enhancing the production function of agricultural products. 3> Effects can be expected in other fields such as controlling pests, stabilizing the quality of crops, and improving soil (improving air porosity through agglomeration).
Urea ammonium nitrate solution, commonly referred to as UAN, is a liquid nitrogen fertilizer which is made up of a mixture of urea, ammonium nitrate and water. Nitrogen fertilizer is responsible for the production of amino acids and proteins and indirectly supports the production of vitamin B. Nitrogen application is the main factor to improve plant growth, development and yield of all crops. Usage: The use of modern crop application methods of UAN are designed to provide very precise application of UAN to the crop. Furthermore, UAN applications can provide better economics for the farmer than dry fertilizer applications because the farmer can add other crop protection products like herbicides, insecticides and fungicides to the UAN and can be applied to the crop in a single application.
Urea, a nitrogen-rich compound with the chemical formula CO(NH), plays a significant role in the oil and gas industry, Urea, also known as carbamide, is a highly soluble organic compound. It is synthesized on a large scale from ammonia and carbon dioxide and is primarily used in fertilizers, which accounts for about 90% of its global production. Chemical Properties Molecular Formula: CO(NH) Molar Mass: 60.06 g/mol Appearance: White, crystalline solid Melting Point: 133C (271F) Solubility: Highly soluble in water, forming a neutral solution Industrial Production The production of urea typically involves the following steps: Ammonia Production: Sourced primarily from natural gas (methane) through the Haber-Bosch process. Reaction with Carbon Dioxide: Ammonia reacts with carbon dioxide to produce ammonium carbamate, which is then dehydrated to form urea and water:2 3 2+ 2NH 3 +CO 2 NH 2 CONH 2 +H 2 O Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF): Urea is used to reduce nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions from diesel engines. DEF, a mixture of 32.5% urea and 67.5% deionized water, is injected into the exhaust stream of diesel engines.
