XL-21 low-voltage power distribution cabinet Overview XL-21 Low Voltage Switch Cabinet is suitable for power plant, industry and mining enterprises. It is used for power distribution in three-phase four-wire or three-phase five-wire system with AC voltage of 500V or less. XL-21 low-voltage power distribution box is installed on the wall of the indoor device and repaired in front of the screen. Structural characteristics XL-21 Low Voltage Switch Cabinet product is closed, the shell is formed by bending steel plate, and the knife switch operating handle is located at the upper part of the right column in front of the box, which can be used for switching power supply. A voltmeter is installed in front of the distribution box to indicate the voltage of bus bar. There is a door in front of the distribution box. When the door is opened, all the equipment in the distribution box is exposed, which is convenient for maintenance. The distribution boxes adopt domestic self-designed components, which have the characteristics of compact structure, convenient maintenance and flexible combination of line schemes. low-voltage power distribution cabinet is equipped with air circuit breaker and fuse as short circuit protection. Contactors and thermal relays are also equipped. The front door of the box can be equipped with operation buttons and indicator lights.
1. Frame of the cabinet is made by the steel with nine times bent for highly strength, we've chosen specialized support frame welded together, so the structure is firm, able to carry a heavy load. Arrangement of cables is quite handy. 2. We apply SPCC cold rolled steel sheet or stainless steel sheet for all of our products, 2mm thickness of front door, 1.5mm thickness of panels, 1.2- 1.5mm thickness of top cover, 2.5mm thickness of galvanized mounting plate. 3. Top cover, side panel, rear panel and bottom cover are fastened by bolts and fasteners, it's easy for both assembly and disassembly. Thus the installation in cabinet is much handier. 4. All of doors, panels apply PU FOAM made by full-automatic numerical control Auto Gluer, and the door is 3 points locked(up, mid, down) which ensure that cabinet is highly enclosed. It meets the standard of IP55. 5. Mounting plate can be adjusted back and forth for the distance of multiple of 25mm, interior devices can be adjusted vertically and horizontally for the distance of multiple of 25mm. 6. The door, top cover, frame are all able to earth. There are 3 fixed shelf at the bottom for cable arrangement 7. Double door and single door are optionally available.130 degree door swing, the height of the door above ground is 25mm.The internal surface of the door has a frame with slots which separated by space of 25mm. In addition, it provides horizontal steel beam for strength and be more flexible for cable arrangement.
