Total Brazilian Icumsa 45 shipments using 40ft. high â?? Q container. All packaging shall be in accordance with inspection requirements for import packing material of entry-exit inspection and quarantine bureau of customs at port of destination.
Carton/ Bag label:
Labels in English for each cartoon will be as per standard international format with labels accepted by custom authorities and international standard, brand would be CARGILL Sugar followed by buyer's printed address as prescribed.
Loading: Products are loaded in 40 ft. containers. Each Container can be loaded with 27 000 kg (27 MT)
(Note: A 20 ft. container takes 18 MT (18 000 kg) for normal load, but we can load 27 MT (27 000 kg) in same 20 ft. container to help customers reduce custom cost. A 40 ft. container takes 27 MT OR 27 000 kg).
Product Shelf Life: Our Products are guaranteed up to 24 months Shelf life, however, some destinations only allow 12 months to be printed on labels. Contact us to know what the product regulations in your destination are.
Payment Terms: Our Payment terms are flexible and depend greatly on the quantity demanded. Generally, for smaller orders, we use Telegraphic Transfer (T/T). Deposit only covers production cost and is calculated based on quantity demanded. For small quantities, the production cost is higher; see details as below.

- 50% advance payment by T/T to cover processing, pre-shipment, and logistics expenses
- 40% payment by T/T upon receipt of the Bill of Lading before vessel departure from the loading port
- 10% balance payment by T/T upon receipt of complete shipping documents before vessel arrival at the destination port
