This location provides the right humidity and warm weather all year trough. We harvest 100,000 tons of coffee beans a year in Chiapas, Mexico, with a quality equal to none. It is a Maya region and we follow ancient maya techniques to harvest respecting ecosystems and nature. In Dubai we have a roasting facility with the latest technology to roast coffee beans to perfection and produce a delicate coffee to taste and aroma. We are merchandising our coffee with the brand Maya Tux Pakal. We can provide green coffee beans directly from Chiapas, Mexico, or from our facility in Dubai, UAE, depending on the final destination.
