Cocopeat blocks are considered an ideal growing medium. The cocopeat powder thus obtained is sieved, washed, dried and finally compressed into blocks. The blocks can be used for a wide range of planting requirements. Coir is known for its natural rooting hormones and anti-fungal properties. We also ensure secure packaging of the cocopeat blocks.

Coconut coir fiber generally has a golden color after cleaning and is hence, often called The Golden Fibe. Mature coir fibers are stronger than most of the other natural fibers such as cotton and flax.
The coconut pith is also called peat or coconut dust. It is the material that binds together the coconut fibers in the outer shell of the coconut. Washed pith is a good choice as a growth medium in soil-less conditions for agricultural and horticultural purposes.
Cocopeat is a by-product of coconut after we extract the fiber from the coconut shell. In simple terms, cocopeat is a sponge made from crushed or softened coconut fiber. Cocopeat has the ability to hold large amounts of water like a sponge. It can be used for seeding nurseries, lawn and golf course, home gardening, and bedding in animal farm.

The Advantages of Coconut Peat
â?¢ It has a fairly high water absorption capacity and can store more water than what is stored in the soil
â?¢ It is very environmentally friendly and can degrade in the soil well when it is not used. In addition, Cocopeat can also be recycled back into a new planting medium, of course, with certain processes.
â?¢ Some types of pests such as pests that come from the soil do not like being in Cocopeat, this can certainly protect plants better and protect them from pest attacks.
The Application of Coconut Peat
â?¢ Seeding Nurseries
Cocopeat is the ideal medium for all seed raising applications. Unlike sphagnum peat, Cocopeat has the ability to re-wet very easily. This makes it the perfect medium to use in plug and cell production for vegetable and flower seed raising, and for tube stock production of outdoor seedlings.
â?¢ Home Gardening
Coco peat can be directly incorporated into the garden soil to improve water retention, aeration and decrease the risk of the soil fungus and root diseases. Mix in soil at 25/75 ratio. It can also be used as a mulch around garden plants to help the soil retain moisture and prevent weed growth.
â?¢ Bedding in Animal Farms
Cocopeat using on slippery floors. It is also used as bedding in animal farms, poultry farms and pet houses to absorb animal waste so as to keep the farm clean and dry.

Coir pith is also known as coco pith, or cocopeat, for its role as a substitute for peat moss in gardening. Brown coir pith comes from ripe, mature coconuts, while younger, immature coconuts produce white coir pith. To produce coir pith, the waste from coir fiber is washed, treated, dried, and graded.
