Rare New Zealand offers traceability through Single Origin harvests and assurance of quality from a hands-on approach. Single Origin refers to our honey being harvested from precise locations in the North Island of New Zealand. This Honey comes from Southern Hawkes Bay produced on the hives during December 2020 and January 2021. We care for our own beehives to produce this special honey, it is not bought, mixed or blended, we as a team harvested it with our own bare hands, hive by hive, frame by frame for you to enjoy. We have lifted every honeybee box in this process keeping it authentic and ethical every step of the journey from the bees to the bottle.
