'Butter oil' refers to the fat-concentrate obtained mainly from butter or cream by the removal of practically all the water and nonfat solids. The terms â??milk fat,â?? â??anhydrous milk fat,â?? â??dry butter fat,â?? and â??dehydrated butter fatâ?? are used synonymously with butter oil.
Anhydrous butteroil must contain at least 99.8 % milk fat, but can be made from cream or butter of different ages. Use of alkali to neutralize free fatty acids is permitted. Butteroil must contain 99.3 % milkfat. Raw material and processing specifications are the same as for anhydrous butteroil.

Logistics uses tank trucks and tractors with refrigerated trucks managed by a company specialized in partnerships whose management system is covered by a self-control plan based on the HACCP scheme. The tanks are equipped with a GPS system for tracing the positioning of the vehicle in real time to guarantee journey times and arrival time at destination. The equipment includes the real-time detection of the temperature produced online. The shipment of large lots is guaranteed with tractors equipped with isothermal tanks. For the shipment of 1000-liter tanks and the palletised product in bag-in-box, refrigerated trucks are used.
Anhydrous Milk Fat is an important material of Dairy Industries. It is used in the manufacturing of superior quality dairy products. It must contain at least 99.9 percent milk fat and it is made from fresh cream or butter.

Butter Blend from Nzac Foods:
Blended or spreadable butter is a blend of real butter with liquid vegetable oil. Buttery spreads have a similar soft texture to spreadable butter but contains far less real butter. Blended butters and buttery spreads are mainly used for spreading on toast, bread and scones etc. and are not suitable for cooking or baking.
