Capacity 5 tonnes per day i.e. 4 batches of 1250 kg. each 1. All the main vessels i.e. two neutralizers, one bleacher and one deodourizer are properly arranged on the first floor of the steel structure. So all these vessels are hanging on the steel strucutre. Just below the two neutralizers, two soap pans are resting on the ground floor in which soap stock is collected. There is a steam pipe arrangement in the soap pans also. 2. Steel structure has size of 14ft. x 14ft. (i.e. 4.25mtr. x 4.25mtr). First floor is 9ft. above the ground level. There are 8 coloumns of double chanel which supports the entire steel structure. It has proper staircase and railing on all the sides of steel structure at the first floor and also on staircase. Two filter presses are also accomodated on the first floor of the steel structure. 3. Two oil tanks i.e. raw oil tank and bleached oil tank are accomodated under the strucutre on the ground floor. Then cooler, thermic fluid boiler, two steam generators, vacuum pump, water pumps, oil pumps and refined oil tank are arranged on the ground floor around the steel structure i.e. outside the square of 14ft. x 14ft. of the steel structure. So total space occupied is about 30ft. * 30ft. (9mtr. x 9mtr.). 4. 40ft. tower is erected just near the deodourizer and its complete structure is supported from the ground floor and also it is attached with the refinery structure. Berometric condenser is arranged at 40ft. height to create proper vacuum. 5. All types of piplines are interconnected as per the requirement of the refinery i.e. oil pipelines (yellow colour), vacuum pipelines (blue colour), steam pipelines (black colour), water pipelines (white colour), thermic fluid pipelines (red colour). At all appropriate places, proper valves are provided in the pipelines. 6. Neutralizer is provided with thermic fluid coil for heating the oil. 7. Bleacher is provided with double pipe coil. One is for thermic fluid and another is for cooling water. 8. Deodourizer is provided with double pipe coil i.e. in both the coils, thermic fluid is circulated. Steam is ejected from the stainless nozzles provided on the steam pipe cross supported at the bottom. 9. Cooler is provided with double pipe coil. Both for cooling water. 10. In every vessel temperature guage is provided. Vacuum guage is provided on deodourizer, bleacher and cooler. 11. Neutralizer is open on the top having conical bottom. 12. Bleacher has dished ends on both the sides. Similarly deodourizer has dished ends on both the sides. Cooler has also dished ends on both the sides. 13. Specification of Refinery with fractionation Process 14. There will be chilling plant for fractionation process which will include shell and tube chiller, compressor, motor, pump, condenser, control panel box etc. 15. Crystallizing unit which is similar to neutralizer complete with chilling coil. 16. Filter press for separation of palm olein and palm sterene.

Oil refining means separating impurity from oil based on the different characteristics of oil and impurity, in order to enhance the stability and security of oil. Technological process details of crude oil refinery for sale: 1. Acid reaction process Oil temperature can be adjusted by screw plate heat exchanger. When the temperature is heated to about 80??, mixing about 85% food grade phosphoric acid into acid reaction tank for reacting. In the tank, most non-hydrated phospholipid transfer into hydrated phospholipid. 2. Neutralization process In the neutral section, degummed oil with appropriate temperature and the appropriate concentration of alkali liquor, into the neutralization centrifugal mixer mixing, in order to achieve the best effect of mixed, the mixture is then sent to neutralization tank for enough time, in this process, excessive alkali neutralization of free fatty acids and some phosphate form soapstock , after pumping oil soap mixture into heater oil heating to 85 ~ 90 ?? in centrifuge separation oil - soap (or oil - glue). Oil soapstock of the separated (or foot) feet into the oil tank, and then to the salting out with soap pump tank isolated part of the oil. 3.Bleaching process The main purpose of this procedure is to remove the pigments and residual soup in the neutralization oil of the crude oil. The oil is sent to vacuum bleaching tower after heated to 105�C. When the oil is sent into the tower, it is mixed by the ratio mixer with carclazyte whose dosing was control by a program controller and the dosing unit is installed on the ratio mixer directly. The carclazyte conveyor system power is the wind and the bleaching earth was conveyed to the carclazyte temporary storage tank in the upper part of the bleaching tower to supply the ratio mixer. 4. Filteration Miscella mixed by oil and clay from decolorization tower is pumped into bleaching tower, then enters fine filter, in which clay and fixed impurities is blocked. And the filtering substance (bleached oil) is transferred into storage tank of bleached oil. There are two bleaching filters in this system, one of the bleaching filter is always in the state of filtering, another is in the state of emptying and cleaning state. 5.Deodorization process Deodorization process aims to remove the FFA, low molecular compounds and others existing in bleached oil. The flow of bleached oil entering deodorization process is controlled by a flow controller, and the oil is heated to the deodorization temperature of 250-260?? through a series of heat exchanger.

Oil refinery equipment, is also called CE quality cottonseed vegetable oil refinery equipment. Batch alkali refining process refers to alkali neutralization, oil soap separation, washing alkali refining, oil-water separation and drying is a batch process carried out intermittently. The process is more suitable for small scale and grease plant varieties change frequently, the process is as follows: Filter crude oil-Preheat-Hydration-Modified-precipitation-water-dehydration-Filterrefined oil Precipitationsoap stock-plus electrolytes-standing precipitation-recovered oil Continuous alkali refining process: alkali neutralization, oil soap separation, oil washing after alkali refining, oil and water separation and drying, the entire process is carried out continuously. Namely the use of crude oil fatty acid and caustic soda, or soda ash to neutralize and the reaction occurs, forming soaps that are separated from oils. Refined cottonseed oil had to remain for about six hours in the stand after the stirring was stopped, in order to release the lower saponin, the oil was pumped into the water tank for being washed. When the washing water temperature is higher than the oil temperature, the washing process is 2-3 times, each time after washing required to stand for 20 minutes, before the release of waste water from the tank bottom. Some refineries because there is no cotton cake leaching plant, so there is no leaching cottonseed oil, for such a facility, the cottonseed oil after washing can be directly into the vacuum tank, vacuum dehydration, and then filtered to obtain refined cottonseed edible vegetable oil. For plants with leaching equipment, the dehydration of the oil should be directly into desolventizing tank for final desolventizing and make the moisture in the oil fully evaporated during the desolventizing process. Because the leaching cottonseed oil not only needs refining , washing and other process operations, but also needs to increase desolventizing step, and only the oil after this step can be filtered to become edible cottonseed oil.
