Our coconut oil is obtained from mature and dry kernel (copra) of the coconut (Cocos nucifera L.) by Chekku/ Kani ( wooden expeller made from special herbal tree called â??Nattu Vaagaiâ??) using cold pressed natural means without the application of heat, thereby retaining the nature of the oil. It does not undergo any chemical refining, bleaching or deodorising. Though it qualifies to be the virgin oil, our process does not use raw coconut meat for manufacture; instead, it uses dry kernel, called Copra.
