Steel and stainless steel gratings are produced mainly by welding. First, we will punch or slot the flat steel, then place the crossbar into the hole for spot welding. Each contact point of the cross bar and the flat steel is properly welded. The crossbar can also be welded by spot welding. welding staff have the top grade industry profession certification
The base of the grilles or gratings could be material of steel ASTM A36, stainless steel 1cr18ni9ti, FRP,polyester and etc.
Our new product molded polyester grating is using glass fiber as the reinforcing material, using the unsaturated polyester resin as substrate and then specially processed and compounded to be strong and anti-slip.
