The quality manly used is first pressed, known as fist special grade (FSG), it is a light-colored liquid, yellowish, with a characteristic odour and high viscosity. It is the only oil containing fatty acid ricinoleic characterized by the presence of an OH group (more than 80%) which gives rise to the properties that make castor an exclusive oil.
