The production process include freeze dried( fruit & vegetable) and hot air dried( Vegetable ).
Hot air dried production process of vegatable powder includes, selecting fresh vegatable, washing, deactivating enzymes, hot air drying, crushing into powder, and sieving through 80 mesh.
Freeze dried process includes freezing the fresh fruit under low temperature in vacuum environment, lowering pressure, removing the ice in frozen fruit by sublimation, crushing the freeze dried fruit into powder and sieving the powder through 80 mesh.
Fruit & vegetable powder is 100% pure, without any additive and widely used as the dietary supplement, also can be used as the food pigment.
