Stainless steel is an iron alloy with a chromium content of at least 10.5%. Chromium forms a thin oxide layer on the surface of steel, known as the passivation layer.
This can prevent further surface corrosion. Increasing the chromium content can improve corrosion resistance.
Stainless steel also contains varying amounts of carbon, silicon, and manganese.
Other elements such as nickel and molybdenum can be added to impart other useful properties, such as enhanced forming ability and increased corrosion resistance.
Waste stainless steel refers to stainless steel waste generated from industrial manufacturing and stainless steel processes, as well as stainless steel equipment that has been damaged or scrapped due to long-term use, and stainless steel utensils used in daily life. Our factory produces approximately 20 tons of stainless steel per day, and we have abundant inventory of stainless steel waste with guaranteed quality. Scrap stainless steel is a high-grade alloy steel with a higher value than ordinary scrap steel.
We are whole supplier of ss scrap from Japan,Vietnam. Load loose in bag or bundle 20ft / 40ft. payment term: LC Or T/T. Commodity: STAINLESS STEEL GRADE 304, Grade 430.
Shipment Size: 30,000 Metric Tons (5% +/-) or as requested by the seller's terms
Price per ton: $395 /- per ton FOB (Four Hundred Twenty-Five USD)
Loading Port: Port Sudan, at North Sudan
Inspection: SGS or equivalent
Term of Contract: 120 working days
Delivery Terms: Free on Board (FOB)
Delivery Time: First shipment within 30 days from date of receipt of LC (5days+/-)

Quantity: Quantity of 180,000 M T (One Hundred Eighty Thousand MT) (5% +/-) in Six months, and a monthly shipment of 30,000 MT (5% +/-). The total quantity will be split into 6 months and will be delivered on FOB terms at Port Sudan, North Sudan.
Price: The price of each Metric Ton of Scrap Oil pipes will be in USD. The Price calculation shall be $425 .00 per metric ton with FOB terms.
Payment: In order to reserve the contract quantity, the Buyer shall issue an Irrevocable, Confirmed, Auto Reinstate, Documentary Letter of Credit for the value of one months shipment, which is equivalent to the monthly value of 30,000 Metric Tons to the Seller's nominated bank account. The Buyer's bank will remit the invoice amount by TT to the Seller's nominated bank account within 72 hours of submitting shipping documents as mentioned below.
Documents required: Seller shall present the following documents to the Buyer's for settlement:
a. Signed Commercial Invoice indicating Contract Number, Number of LC, Vessel's Name, Quantity, and the total Amount of Value of the delivered Commodity, - three (3) Originals and Four (4) Copies.
b. Packing List: Showing Total Weight, Contract Number and DLC Number- Two (2) Original and Four (4) copies.
c. Certificates of Quality issued by SGS - Three (3) originals and Three (3) copies.
d. Certificate of Origin issued by Chamber of Commerce One (1) original and (2) copies.
Information: The Seller shall update the Buyer about the preparations of the shipment and provide the Buyer with all related details to confirm supply and documents regarding the shipment.
Note: Oil pipes are only sold as pipes. If the buyer is required to cut according to scrap standards, they will be charged an additional fee. This proposal does not include any cost-cutting processes.
