Used Tires Shredded or Bales/ Used Tires Scrap & Recycled Rubber Tyres Bales & Shred Scrap Characteristics and Specifications Processing Stages: Collection: Used tires are collected from various sources, including automotive shops and tire retailers. Shredding: Tires are fed into industrial shredders that cut them into smaller pieces, typically ranging from 2 cm to 5 cm in size. Steel Removal: Magnetic separators are used to remove metal components from the shredded material. Granulation: Further processing can break down the shredded tires into finer granules or crumb rubber.
Rubber Granules are shredded and granulated from tyres. They are pure rubber free from textile and steel. They have a wide range of application as a product because it is used in other rubber products to shape and build them. They have a downstream conversion product.
