1. Product name: Cobalt powder 2. Purity: 99.9%min 3. Particle size: 50nm, 5-10um, 325mesh, etc 4. Cas No: 7440-48-4 5. Appearance: gray black powder Characteristic. Cobalt powder is gray and irregular, soluble in acid, magnetic, easy to oxidize in wet air. It is widely used in aviation, aerospace, electrical, mechanical manufacturing, chemical and ceramic industries. Cobalt based alloys or cobalt containing alloy steels are used as high temperature heat-resistant parts and important metal materials in atomic energy industry as blades, impeller, conduit, jet engine, rocket engine, missile component and chemical equipment of turbine. As a binder in powder metallurgy, cobalt can ensure the toughness of the hard alloy. Magnetic alloys are indispensable materials in modern electronics and mechanical and electrical industries, which are used to make various components of sound, light, electricity and magnetic materials. Cobalt is also an important part of permanent magnetic alloys. In chemical industry, cobalt isused in high alloy and anticorrosive alloy, and also used in colored glass, pigment, enamel, catalyst and desiccant. Application -Water atomized cobalt powder has a relatively coarse grain size, which can be used in welding materials to improve its toughness, impact resistance and wear resistance. -Reduced cobalt powder is in fine size and high purity, can be widely used in diamond tools, powder metallurgy,
Our exclusive manufacturer client is producing powder metals for various industrial applications most notably 3D printers and augmented manufacturing. The exceptional product portfolio is tested and approved by leading corporate buyers in Turkey and now we are going global. Our partner excells the highest standards during production and achieves the best quality at water atomization and VIGA (Vacuum Induction Gas Atomization) techniques both. Some of the final products for your requirements are as follows: Copper (Cu), bronze (85/15, 90/10), stainless powders (304, 316L), tin (Sn), aluminum (Al), zinc (Zn), Al12Si / AlSi10Mg. Supplier: Cast iron skulls, cast iron borings and turnings, steels skulls, eaf skulls, plate iron, mill scale, metal scrap, incinerated scrap (e46)
The Incinerated scrap or E46, is the by-product derived from the reprocessing of incinerated domestic waste. After the combustion process, the furnace output (IBA Incinerator bottom ash) is firstly washed, magnetically separated and screened to separate any no ferrous material. At a visual inspection, the material is fragmentized, with iron and steel parts, resulting partly cut or in shredded form. The stock appears heterogeneous and contains all kind of cut or dismantled steel parts such as sheets, bars, frames, wires, bolts and other iron/steel household residues. The incinerated scrap is eventually oxidized, due to the thermal and cooling treatments, that the material has been submitted to. The burnt scrap also contains minor slag parts, ash and iron oxide, due to the recovery process. Such components are inherent and adhere to the scrap surface. The total impurities, can be sorted, but not fully removed. The consignment does not contain any type of arms, ammunition, mines, shells, cartridges, radioactive contaminated, or any other explosive material in any form either used or otherwise. The collected stock, is stored in open air, on cemented flooring. It can be loaded loose in 20â?? heavy duty container. Please feel free to contact us for further details.
It is a cobalt-based alloy that is resistant to wear and corrosion. The first cobalt-based alloy was a cobalt-chromium binary alloy, which was later developed into a cobalt-chromium-tungsten ternary composition, and then later did the cobalt-chromium-molybdenum alloy develop. Cobalt-chromium-molybdenum alloy is a kind of alloy with cobalt as the main component, containing a considerable amount of chromium, molybdenum and a small amount of nickel, carbon and other alloying elements, and occasionally also containing iron. contact us for more information.
