Pulp, commonly referred to as ‘puree' in the US, is the purest extract of the fruit, which is in the natural form of thick viscous liquid. Pulp is obtained by the commercial processing of mature and ripened fruit by passing it through a 0.78 mm sieve.
The shelf life of fruit pulp in sealed aseptic bags is 18 months at room temperature.

Frozen Fruit Pulp
We supply frozen fruit pulp from the state of Para in the northern part of Brazil. The terroir of the Amazon is unique, as is the taste of these fruit pulps. Our portfolio also includes exotic fruits from this region. The fruits used for the pulp are of the highest quality.

- Primary Packaging: PE+PE laminated film (100g, 500g, or 1Kg)
- Secondary Packaging for 4 units of 100g: PE bag
- Secondary Packaging for 1.02 Kg: PE bag, cardboard box with 20 units
- Tertiary Packaging for 4 units of 100g: Cardboard box with 40 units
- Transport: Closed vehicles, free from foreign materials and odors
3. Storage and Shelf Life
- Storage: Store at -18C. Once opened, consume on the same day.
- Shelf Life: 12 months from the manufacturing date
4. Preparation Suggestion
- For juice preparation, add 200 ml of cold or chilled filtered water to every 100g of pulp. Blend in a blender until smooth.
