Black tea (Assam Orthodox)- Camellia Sinensis plantation from Assam located east of INDIA above 1,500-2,000 meters above sea level. The proper temperature for fermentation is 24 -25 C which is the best temperature for fermentation. fired or dried after the fermentation or oxidation period of manufacture, Medium-sized size tea leaves contain a Higher amount of carotene and lutein, black tea is kept in the dryer for a long period of time it's called high fried.
