Take 100gms of instant jam mix in a vessel and add 150ml of water(For 1 cup of jam mix 1 1/4cup of water). Mix well without lump formation.
Boil the mix for 5 mins and reduce the burner level to simmer.
Hold it for 5 minutes without stirring or until it reaches setting point of 1040C at low flame. Allow the jam mix to cool. Transfer the mix to sterilized container.
