When the movable jaw down, the angle between the fixed jaw and movable jaw gets smaller, and the materials can be crushed to reach the crushing target. When the movable jaw rises, it leaves the fixed jaw plate under the function of drawbar and spring, then the crushed materials are discharged from the lower outlet of crushing cavity.

The lubricating unit is interlocked with the main motor, in order to provide additional safety, which includes oil filtration and automatic shut-down in the event of high oil temperature, as well as low oil flow. The locking system (manual or hydraulic), will easily secure the crushing clearance.
