Worsted wool fabric is primarily used in tailored garments like suits, distinguishing it from woolen wool, which is typically used for knitted items like sweaters. The key characteristic of worsted yarn is its straight, parallel fibers. This sets it apart from woolen yarns, where the wool's natural crimp is retained. In the production of worsted yarns, the crimp is removed during the spinning process, resulting in a smoother, finer texture.
We produce worsted wool from Merino sheep, renowned for their coats that yield the finest and softest wool available.

Glass wool is manufactured with quartz sand,feldspar,sodium silicate and boric acid as main Ingredients ,which are melted under high temperature and made into fibers thinner than 6um. We can offer Glass wool batts,glass wool blanket,glass wool board and glass wool pipe.
Rock Wool is produced by melting mix of basalt,limestone&coke in a special vertical furnace at very high temperature(about1500°C).Then the molten rock is made into thin fibers through a high speed centrifugal machine. After adding certain amount of binder,dust proof oil,silicon oil and mechanical operations,rock wool fibers are then processed to be the final desired product with specified physical and chemical Properties and specifications.
