Within five (5) working days after the buyer receives the analysis report and the result matches the detail quantity and quality, the buyer's bank will issue an irrevocable confirmed non-transferable DLC MT700 valid for sixty (60) days, in the amount of 100% of the next shipment value. 14. From the second monthly order onwards, the buyer's bank is required to issue the DLC for next batch of goods five (5) days in advance of the current batch of goods arrival at destination port. 15.
