The Incinerated scrap or E46, is the by-product derived from the reprocessing of incinerated domestic waste. After the combustion process, the furnace output (IBA Incinerator bottom ash) is firstly washed, magnetically separated and screened to separate any no ferrous material. At a visual inspection, the material is fragmentized, with iron and steel parts, resulting partly cut or in shredded form. The stock appears heterogeneous and contains all kind of cut or dismantled steel parts such as sheets, bars, frames, wires, bolts and other iron/steel household residues. The incinerated scrap is eventually oxidized, due to the thermal and cooling treatments, that the material has been submitted to. The burnt scrap also contains minor slag parts, ash and iron oxide, due to the recovery process. Such components are inherent and adhere to the scrap surface. The total impurities, can be sorted, but not fully removed. The consignment does not contain any type of arms, ammunition, mines, shells, cartridges, radioactive contaminated, or any other explosive material in any form either used or otherwise. The collected stock, is stored in open air, on cemented flooring. It can be loaded loose in 20â?? heavy duty container. Please feel free to contact us for further details.

Commodity: Ammonium nitrate porous prills Molecular formula: NH4NO3 Molecule Weight: 80 CAS: 6484-52-2 UN:1942 Hazardous class:5.1 Commodity: Ammonium nitrate porous prills 1.Production of granular porous ammonium nitrate for industrial use and agricultural granular ammonium nitrate. Products with low moisture content, not easy to cake; high compressive strength, not easy to break; high oil absorption rate. Ammonium nitrate content is more than 99%, the appearance is white granular crystals, no impurities visible to the naked eye. 2. Purpose: Explosive material: granular ammonium oil explosive is made by mixing porous ammonium nitrate with raw oil. Its speed can reach more than 3 200 m/s. This explosive has strong explosive power, safe and reliable use, low price, cost saving, and can usually reduce the cost by 20%-40%. At present, this kind of explosive has been widely used in mining, construction, railway and highway construction, agricultural and water conservancy construction and national defense and other fields. 3. Product specifications: Specifications: Appearance white granule Particle size 0.5-2.5mm NH4NO3 >99.5% N >34% Oil absorption > 8% Moisture < 0.2% PH >4
We have strong sintered AlNiCo permanent magnet production scale, can produce the performance of Alnico2-8 grades. And annual output nearly 800 tons. AlNiCo magnet is suitable for producing complex, light, thin, and small products, and is widely used in instrumentation, communications, magnetoelectric switches, and various sensors. AlNiCo products are mainly used in automotive parts, instrumentation, electroacoustics, motors, nuclear power, teaching, aerospace and other fields. It has the characteristics of low temperature coefficient, high temperature resistance, humidity resistance, not easy to oxidize and good working stability.
Description : The most powerful magnets commercially available Manufactured by a powder metallurgical process involving the sintering of powder compacts under vacuum Grinding and slicing possible Very reactive with moisture and oxygen A variety of Coatings can applied depending on the environment of the application Applications : various types of electric motors, engineering equipment, medical equipment, audio apparatus and household appliances
Description : Plastic-bonded magnets are particle composites with permanent-magnet powder embedded in a plastic binder. Hard ferrite (HF), various SmCo and NdFeB powders and, to a very little extent, AINiCo alloys are used as magnetic powder. For embedding the magnetic particles, thermoplastic binders as, for instance, polyamide (PA) or polyphenyl sulfide (PPS) and duroplasts like epoxy resins are used. Depending on the material composition and production process, isotropic and anisotropic magnets with differing magnetic and mechanical specifications are available. Since not only the type of magnet or plastic material, but the filling and alignment degree, too, determine the composite`s properties, the outcome is widely varying magnetic parameters and an outstanding variety in types and shapes.
Halbach array is a special arrangement of permanent magnets that augments the magnetic field on one side of the array while cancelling the field to near zero on the other side.[1] This is achieved by having a spatially rotating pattern of magnetisation. The rotating pattern of permanent magnets (on the front face; on the left, up, right, down) can be continued indefinitely and have the same effect. The effect of this arrangement is roughly similar to many horseshoe magnets placed adjacent to each other, with similar poles touching.
