Dead end grip for OPGW Component Inner armor rods, outer armor rods, thimble, U-shaped hanging loop, Extensioe Rods, bolt, nut, etc. Characteristic 1. Stress is distributed equally, without stress focus. It can protect optical cabl-es very well. 2. Under the condition of not exceeding the intensity of cable's side pressure, it has higher grip power for the cable, and can support higher tensile force. 3. The grip power for the cable is not less than 95% of rating's pulling resisting intensityof the optical cable, completely satisfying the needs of setting up the cable. Conditions For The Usage 1. Terminal poles/towers; 2. Corner poles/towers; 3. Dead-end poles/towers; Intensity According to the requirement of customers, 30kN, 70kN, 100kN, 120kN, etc, can be supplied. Function The armor rods can protect the optical cable by preventing the vibration damper aluminum clamp from nipping directly onto the OPGW cables to cause damages of the cable. Model Our company can provide all types of armor rods with length of 400 - 1 200mm according to users' requirement or project status. Models are represented as HXT-400-** (**representing the outer diameter of the optical cable).

The Tire derived Steel or Tire Wire Scrap is a light melting scrap obtained during the shredding and granulation process of used tires. Generally 10% - 20% of the weight of an old passenger car tyre usually consists of steel. An average shredding plant produces about 100-200 MT of steel tyre wire and its quality can vary according to technology, storing and management systems adopted by the producing plants. We can provide tire wire scrap that still contains up to 20% rubber/fiber. This percentage is detected by manual separation test. The material can be loaded loose in 40 HC container. -White Charcoal, also known as Binchotan, is a type of hardwood charcoal that has traditionally been produced in Japan. It is called White charcoal because of its light color and unique benefits that create economic value compared to traditional black charcoal. -Binchotan is the purest charcoal on earth by the highest carbon proportion (more than 92%) and is completely odorless, and smokeless when burning. White Charcoal is more difficult to ignite than black charcoal; however, it burns hotter and longer. When hitting the pieces together, it gives a light metallic sound. The white charcoal doesnot break into small pieces while burning. USAGES Food grilled over white charcoal retains its natural flavor and moisture because it burns cleanly and without flames. It is popular in high-end restaurants and mostly in Korea and Japan. In addition, binchotan has many uses such as water purification, exhaust filter, deodorant, skin care, metallurgy, used in battery manufacture...
