Staubli Dobby Spare Part We are one of the trusted names in the Indian Weaving Spares Manufacturing units, when it comes to superior quality of Dobby Spares. The well designed Dobby Spares offered by us are fabricated using imported raw materials and therefore they have very strong and durable structure. Along with this, the anti-abrasive and anti corrosive nature of our Spares also adds to their market value. Our Staubli Dobby Spares fits in perfectly in the machine and offers better performance even better than the original spare. Our Range Dobby 2665 Spares Spares for Tappet (CAM Motion) Spares Dobby Spare Parts Why our Dobby Spares ? Fits in better than the original Durable and strong Made from imported materials Anti corrosive in nature Anti abrasive Improves overall performance Widely used in Apparel manufacturing units Textile industries Garment manufacturing units
We have strong sintered AlNiCo permanent magnet production scale, can produce the performance of Alnico2-8 grades. And annual output nearly 800 tons. AlNiCo magnet is suitable for producing complex, light, thin, and small products, and is widely used in instrumentation, communications, magnetoelectric switches, and various sensors. AlNiCo products are mainly used in automotive parts, instrumentation, electroacoustics, motors, nuclear power, teaching, aerospace and other fields. It has the characteristics of low temperature coefficient, high temperature resistance, humidity resistance, not easy to oxidize and good working stability.
Description : The most powerful magnets commercially available Manufactured by a powder metallurgical process involving the sintering of powder compacts under vacuum Grinding and slicing possible Very reactive with moisture and oxygen A variety of Coatings can applied depending on the environment of the application Applications : various types of electric motors, engineering equipment, medical equipment, audio apparatus and household appliances
Description : Plastic-bonded magnets are particle composites with permanent-magnet powder embedded in a plastic binder. Hard ferrite (HF), various SmCo and NdFeB powders and, to a very little extent, AINiCo alloys are used as magnetic powder. For embedding the magnetic particles, thermoplastic binders as, for instance, polyamide (PA) or polyphenyl sulfide (PPS) and duroplasts like epoxy resins are used. Depending on the material composition and production process, isotropic and anisotropic magnets with differing magnetic and mechanical specifications are available. Since not only the type of magnet or plastic material, but the filling and alignment degree, too, determine the composite`s properties, the outcome is widely varying magnetic parameters and an outstanding variety in types and shapes.
Halbach array is a special arrangement of permanent magnets that augments the magnetic field on one side of the array while cancelling the field to near zero on the other side.[1] This is achieved by having a spatially rotating pattern of magnetisation. The rotating pattern of permanent magnets (on the front face; on the left, up, right, down) can be continued indefinitely and have the same effect. The effect of this arrangement is roughly similar to many horseshoe magnets placed adjacent to each other, with similar poles touching.
