All Fuels are NON-SANCTIONED from the USA, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. We offer multiple procedures - all safe to fit the Buyers Needs Our Supplier, Resellers, Refineries are all vetted and verified. For Intermediaries: Buyer needs to have a KYC/CIS (Know Your Customer/Customer Information Sheet) together with an LOI. We do not share procedures or pricing without those at the minimum. Buyers must have POF, Logistics, and the ability to transact immediately. TSA/CPA to get started with and TSR/Q88 once injection to commence. FOB Ports are: Rotterdam, Houston, Fujairah, Singapore CIF Ports are: Any safe world port (ASWP) TTO: with IMO and POP There are no cheap fuels, however we do have fuels at discount off PLATTS. There are NO UPFRONT FEES for any fuel transactions. Seller issues commercial invoice. Buyer signs and returns back commercial invoice and tank storage agreement (TSA). SELLER provide buyer with the below listed PPOP. · Authorization to Verify (ATV) · Product Passport (product analysis report) · Irrevocable Commitment Letter to Supplier · Tank Storage Receipt (TSR) · Product Inspection Approver Letter to be signed by buyer tank farm. On receipt of signed Approver Letter, Seller provides buyer with; · SGS report (fresh). · Injection Report. · Unconditional DTA. NCNDA / IMFPA will be signed with buyer. Within 24 hours after successful dip test in sellers tanks, injection commences and seller provides buyer with the injection report of the product into buyers tanks. Buyer makes payment for total cost of product injected into buyer tanks via MT103, Seller transfer title ownership to buyer with all exportation documents required of buyer for the transaction. Upon conclusion of first transaction seller pays all intermediates involved in the Transaction and proceeds with the signing of contract with Buyer We await your response. Kind regards

WE ARE READY TO SUPPLY IN FOB ROTTERDAM/HOUSTON CI DIP PAY JET A1 - JP54 - VIRGIN FUEL OIL D6 - EN590 - No upfront fees - Seller will pay Buyer's tank farm lease for 3 days - Dip test after injecting to Buyer's tank farm TRANSACTION PROCEDURES FOB CI DIP & PAY 1) Buyer issues ICPO. 2) Seller issues Commercial Invoice (CI). Buyer signs and returns to Seller with his TSA. Seller verifies Buyer's TANK FARM and makes 3 days tank lease payment to the Buyer's tank farm for the Injection Process. 3) Buyer pays his Tank Farm Company for 2 days tank storage costs, (totaling 5 day TSR) after his Tank Farm Company has received the payment from Seller's Company 3 days cost. 4) Seller injects into Buyer's tank and issues ATV and Unconditional DTA. 5) Buyer conducts Dip Test and makes the payment for the total value of product injected into the tanks through the means of MT103-TT. 6) Seller pays all intermediaries involved in the transaction, and subsequently monthly shipment continues as per terms and conditions of the sales and purchase agreement contract between Buyer and Seller.
