Modernet is a family owned foreign trade company with five share holders , it has been established in 2001 at an office located near Izmir seaport.

We are specialized in the export of agricultural raw materials , mostly Essential Oils and Dried / Processed Herbs. Our essential oils have been produced with steam distillation from mostly Wild harvested crops. We pay maximum attention so that our products do not include any Pesticides ,
Genetically Modified Organisms , or any other harmful chemicals

Essential Oil of Oregano is one of our major Product which is supplied to Human Consumption and to Animal Health markets as a substitute to antibiotics. We have an accumalation of various field studies for the purpose measuring the level of antibacterial effects of our Oregano Oil specifically in Poultry feed.

Our main market is Animal Health , specifically for Poultry and Swine farms who look for natural feed additives for Organic farming.

Combining the results of our own field experiments and the studies obtained from literature, we see the possibility of using Oregano Oil as natural feed additive for Broiler Poultry , Laying Hens , Piglets , Cows , Lambs , Fishes, and other Aqua-animals.
In each case , specific field studies should be performed by the end user to decide % of inclusion into feed.

We have our own field experiments on Laying Hens and Broilers proving the Antibacterial and Antioxidant effects of Oregano Oil. We can share our studies in case of interest

Furthermore , we also export our Oregano Oil for consumption in Human health market
