Our history in commodity trading dates back to 1945 as a family business, when we began as a local enterprise dealing in coffee beans and tea dried leaves in Khartoum, Sudan. This local enterprise evolved into the present-day Elhassan Group, a diversified conglomerate with interests spanning agriculture, automobile, education, healthcare, home appliances, international trade, mining, and pharmaceuticals. In 2012, our group expanded its global footprint and established Garda as its international trading division in Dubai, U.A.E. Since then, Garda has emerged as an international commodity trader, capitalizing on our robust upstream sourcing network across North Africa, the Middle East, and Asia focusing on strategic commodities, enabling us to cater to international markets with efficiency and reliability
