Wuhan Qingshuilvyuan Environmental Protection Co.,Ltd. It focus on refractory industrial wastewater treatment. The solution is lower in Capex and Opex. Moreover, land area is 40% smaller than all others. Key equipments and technology: 1) Compound MBBR System Biological tank will be 30% smaller, but 10%~30% higher COD,BOD removal rate. 2) No tank Magnetic flocculation clarifier. No civil work equipment with 99% SS removal rate,no chemical consumption. 3) Magnetized Fenton Advanced Oxidation. 10% higher effect than conventional Fenton and less chemical and energy consumption. 4) Tubular membrane and UF system. Max 500L/m2.h flux and outlet NTU 0.1. 5) Hybrid ABR. Higher efficiency than conventional ABR,IC,UASB etc. 6. Packaged wastewater treatment plant. Thank you.
We are one wastewater treatment company with advanced technology. Such as advanced oxidation/AOP,MBBR,MBR,Magnetic flocculator ,anaerobic treatment etc. The Capex and OPex is lower than others. But the output parameters are better than request.
Fenton advanced oxidation technology is widely used in the treatment of refractory organic wastewater. Because it produces strong oxidizing OH (hydroxyl radical), which can rapidly oxidize and decompose the complex organic pollutant molecules, so its application is wide. The efficiency of Fenton oxidation mainly depends on the yield of ·OH (hydroxyl radical). The more and higher concentration, the higher removal rate of organic pollutants. According to the theory of free radical pairs, free radicals are always emerge in pairs. In some cases free radicals recombine, which reduces OH and reduces reaction efficiency. The recombination can only occur between "singlet state" free radical pairs. When there is no "singlet state" free radical that it cannot recombine, free radical reaction can only performed outside the cage. With the effect of an external magnetic field, the probability of the single state form is less, and the radical pair recombination is less. This facilitates higher reaction efficiency. We modified Fenton reagent technology by using the reaction in a certain strength magnetic field. 1. Reaction rate is doubled.Magnetized Fenton reagent advanced oxidation technology emerges higher rate .OH.The reaction is faster,HRT is shorter, and equipment footprint is smaller. 2. Higher COD removal rate.Magnetic Fenton reaction has 10% more COD removal rate. 3. Less chemical consumption.Magnetic field can reduce the recombination of free radicals, which indirectly reduces chemical consumption. 4. After sewage is magnetized, the physical and chemical properties will change to a certain extent, such as pH,viscosity, diffusion coefficient, surface tension, electrical conductivity, etc., which can affect the process of dissolution, crystallization, polymerization, wetting, agglomeration, solidification, and precipitation. And the metabolic processes of biological systems also have effect.Magnetic field also has an obvious memory effect on water. It changes the physical and chemical properties of the sewage and weakens the cage effect of the solution, which facilitates the out-of-cage reaction reduces the probability of recombination of free radicals, and also facilitates the smooth progress of the reaction.
Glass fused to steel Wastewater Storage Tanks is the premium coating storage tank technology in the storage tank market . Glass-fused to-steel wastewater storage tanks combines the strength and flexibility of steel and the corrosion resistance of glass. The glass steel plates are connected by high grade bolts on erection site and as well as sealed by silicone sealant . Glass-fused-to-steel wastewater storage tank is gas and water impermeable .Glass fused to steel wastewater storage tanks are widely used for industrial wastewater treatment plant. Center Enamel Glass fused to steel wastewater storage tanks engineering & design, product testing are in strict accordance with AWWA D103-09, OSHA, ISO/EN 28765, NSF61 and NFPA etc. international standards. our glass fused to steel wastewater storage tanks engineers make tank engineering calculation on each specific tank structure according to project local environmental conditions, such as snow load, wind speed, seismic zone etc., to make sure the glass fused to steel wastewater storage tanks structure's adequate security in long-term service life.
An effluent treatment plant (ETP) is a facility designed to treat wastewater before it's released into the environment or reused. ETPs are crucial for managing wastewater from industries, sewage systems, or any source of liquid waste to prevent pollution and protect public health. Key Components of an ETP: Preliminary Treatment: This involves removing large solids and debris through screening and grit removal. Primary Treatment: Here, the wastewater is allowed to settle in large tanks, separating solids from liquids. The solids, known as sludge, are removed for further treatment. Secondary Treatment: This stage typically involves biological processes where microorganisms break down organic matter. Common methods include activated sludge systems and trickling filters. Tertiary Treatment: This advanced treatment focuses on removing remaining impurities, including nutrients like nitrogen and phosphorus. Techniques can include filtration, chemical treatment, or advanced oxidation. Disinfection: Before discharge or reuse, the treated water is disinfected to eliminate pathogens, often using chlorine, UV radiation, or ozone. Sludge Management: The sludge generated during treatment is further processed, which can involve digestion, dewatering, and sometimes incineration or landfilling.
Wastewater Treatment Plant we facilities designed to treat municipal Wastewater. The level of treatment at a plant will vary based on the BOD limits(3-5 PPM) and the specific processes involved. This property use is intended for primary, secondary, and advanced treatment.
