Product Description:
This cryogenic pulveriser uses liquid nitrogen as cooling medium. When crushed material is achieved at the brittle fractured state,it goes into mechanical pulverizing chamber and repeatedly impacts,collides,shears,mills by high speed rotation of blade and gear to reach the optimal crushing effect. The milled material has airflow grading machine to classify and collect. If the fineness of material does not meet the requirements,it will return silo to continue grinding. The liquid nitrogen mostly can be cyclic utilization.
Working principle:
Low temperature pulverizer system with liquid nitrogen as the cold source, the crushed material through
cooling embrittlement at low temperature easy to smash after entering the pulverizer cavity through the high-speed rotation of the impeller, the material and the leaf tooth plate, comprehensive effect between the material and the material are repeated impact, shear, collision, friction and so on, to reach the crushing effect. The crushed material is classified and collected by air classifier, and the material which does not reach the fineness requirement is returned to the silo to continue to smash, and most of the cold air is returned to the material bin for recycling.
