Made out of Heavy duty cordura nylon with metal grommets for the maximum in strength and durability. Strap has a locking forged metal carabineers that hooks into any universal gym. Inside bottom of strap has thick heavy duty, high density foam to support and cushion the arms during use. Side straps have been lined with a plush nylon fabric that protects the arms and makes the Ab-Strap easier and more comfortable to use.
