Buyer issue Q88/TTVIA, or TSR/TTIA, The Buyer conducts a Dip Test(OPTIONAL) of the product in the Seller's Tanks at the Buyers expense and upon a successful dip test QnQ is Verified , Not More then 72Hours Buyer make Full payment of the total cargo, and also Transfer USDT 2mil to Seller as (UNDERTABLE) and PAYS FOR EXTENSION TANK 2DAYS The Seller authorize the injection of the fuel into the Buyer's Vessel / Tank. 6. Within twenty-four (24) hours following the completion of the injection, the Seller transfers title to the Buyer 7.
