The salt core will be placed at the piston head when casting. and when piston is at room temperature. Upon completion of casting, melt and flush out the salt then the internal cooling channel is formed. This channel will be filled with oil and will help reduce the temperature of piston head. Our salt cores not only have accurate dimension, accurate shape, high strength, but also easy to melt that can be thoroughly cleaned within 10 seconds.
