can be used to:
(1) destroy explosive targets, such as grenades, landmines, and aviation submunitions (ordnance with a steel wall less than 3mm in thickness), and improvised explosive devices in anti-terrorism activities.
(2) remove nonexplosive obstacles, such as kites, kite lines, fish lines, advertising cloth, balloons, sunshade nets, agricultural mulch, and plastic floating objects on the power lines.
