Our sour cherries are a deep ruby-red color, with a taste that perfectly balances sweet and sour. They have a tartness that gives them a more intense cherry flavor than their larger sweet counterparts. Produced to the highest standards, organically grown, harvested, dried and pitted in Uzbekistan. Unlike the sugared cherries from the jar, our sour cherries are not additionally sweetened and only contain their natural sugar. Dried sour cherries can be used in making desserts, pastries, breads, granola, popcorn balls, muesli, hot cereal, as a salad garnish or as a healthy snack alternative.
