Sea buckthorn (Hippophae Rhamnoides) oil have been used for centuries for its health promoting properties such as digestive, immune system support, cardiovascular and skin health. We are producing sea buckthorn seed oil using supercritical fluid extraction with CO2. Our company have their own sea buckthorn plantation in Northern Europe (Latvia). Our produced sea buckthorn seed oil is supplied with MSDS, TDS and CofA. We are performing analysis for every produced batch including pesticides, aflatoxin, heavy metals, microbiology. Our produced product can be used for food supplements, food ingredient and cosmetics. Sea buckthorn seed oil is orange-red, clear oil with characteristic aroma of sea buckthorn. Major components are Linolenic acid (C18:2 n6) 30% - 40%, Alpha Linolenic acid (C18:3 n3) 30% - 35%, Oleic acid (C18:1 n9) 10% - 20%, Palmitic (C16:0) and Stearic acid (C18:0) below 10%.
