Building on the market-leading Xaar 1001 and Xaar 1002 Ceramics Printheads which led the digital revolution in ceramic tile printing, the Xaar 1003 GS12C Printhead delivers a step change in print performance for ceramic tile manufacturers. The Xaar 1003 Ceramics printhead family introduces an important new feature the XaarGuard which provides the ultimate in nozzle plate protection, and coupled with other design innovations, achieves the longest maintenance-free production runs in the industry once per shift, or less. In addition, the new Xaar 1003 GS12C provides a step forward in consistent print quality across the wide print widths used for large tile, thanks to Xaarâ??s Tuned Actuator Manufacturing. The Xaar 1003 GS12C printhead is fully backward compatible with Xaar 1002C and 1001C based ceramic printers.
