- Seller signs & send back contract with fully executed to buyer with pro forma invoice
- The buyer's bank issues ILC (MT 103/MT 700/M T710/ MT 760) as a guarantee and sends
it to the seller's bank in 5 days. The banking instrument must be TRANSFERIBLE, IRREVOCABLE, DIVISIBLE, OPERATIONAL, RENEWABLE and CONFIRMED 100% Cash payable by presentation of SGS certificate and B/L.
- Shipment as mentioned in the contract start within 10/20days.
