Pork Belly
Belly, as the name already states, this cut of meat is taken from the belly of the swine. Long known as the section of swine that bacon comes from, the belly has gained in popularity as a delicate, juicy cut on its own. Korean called this part as Samgyeopsal. Samgyeopsal is one of Korean's favorite part and the most popular way to eat is grilling it. Fresh pork belly is awesome when it's cooked low and slow, braised, with a sauce, etc.
