1.Handle orders.Now,my factory leaves 20% of production capacity everyday for emergencies.We do not accept orders that are beyond our capabilities.Our monthly capacity:18,000,000pcs.(based on 100ml package of hand sanitizer)
2.Product returns policy.We are responsible for all shipping charges associated with returned items.And we will keep and check the samples of every batch.If something goes wrong,we can trace the original supplier of raw material.
