The Persimmon fruits are gathered during the peak of the season. They are washed and sliced by machines in our facilities. The fruit is then dried without the use of additives or preservatives in our furnaces. The furnaces are in a completely closed enviroment to prevent contamination.
We have also unsliced whole persimmon.
Persimmons (Diospyros kaki) are an abundant fiberous antioxidant. They contain protein, zinc, calcium, carbohydrate, iron, phosphorus and they are rich in vitamins A, B, and C.
